We work mostly across China & Hong Kong, but occasionally take projects elsewhere.

Container homes are exactly what they sound like; homes made from the steel shipping containers that you see carrying goods everywhere on trains, trucks, and ships.
From these giant Lego blocks, people are building homes of all shapes and sizes.
Shipping containers are generally available in 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft.
The smallest shipping container can provide about 100 square feet of floor space for a shipping container home.
We simplify the build process. Our team will work with you through the process from our initial accessibility consultation, designing and engineering, and foundation specific to your site and goals to handing you the keys to your new beautiful, stylish home.
Here is the procedure to build your beautiful home within 40 Days:
Accessibility Assessment:
If you feel confident that your property will not have any issues with respect to site accessibility by a flatbed truck (up to 75ft in length) and crane accessing within 30ft of the desired building location, we suggest going with this option.
This assessment is designed to review your property information for truck and crane logistics and to provide you with a budgetary estimate for the shipping, crane, installation, and schematic design proposal to move onto the next steps.
If we feel that a truck and crane will have issues accessing the site we will recommend a site visit to measure the access and to develop a truck staging and crane lift plan.
The cost for a site visit is $2,000 ( Refundable & Credited prior shipment)
Budgetary Estimate for the shipping, crane work, and on-site installation.
Step 2. Schematic Design & Engineering
Once we have completed the Accessibility Assessment and you have committed to the Schematic Design, we will provide you with a 3D render package showing the placement & layout of your dream shipping container.
Step 3. 30% Start Of Manufacturing payment & site work
10 days prior to the scheduled shipping date, we will quote and provide you with the updated shipping, crane, and installation pricing
Step 4 Delivery & Onsite Installation.
Once we confirm that your site is ready to receive your new container home, we then book the crane, trucks and send the installation team to your site.
Shipping, Crane & Installation payment due to prior shipment.
Once onsite, the Container Installation Team coordinates with the Crane Operator to land the individual modules onto the foundation and complete the Container installation (Approximately 1-2days depending on the Container model and scope of work).
The General Contractor then connects all site utilities to the home once the modules have landed and have been welded to the foundation.
